Capstone Consulting Relationship Strategies Practice is conducting a search for "Women Executives" to join the firm as a Matchmaker. This position will report to the two owners of the firm.

We are looking for Female Matchmakers to become members of our practice. Men and women approach relationships differently and we would like to find the "Right" women to help us build our Relationship Strategied ~ Matchmaking Services practice.

The future of online dating looks good and we believe that this is a high growth area. The right individual has the potential to become an equity owner with no required cash investment.

We have developed a new approach to the world of online dating and are taking a new angle to assisting the needs of the tens of thousands of men and women who are looking to find a partner by following an online approach. We need the right female executives to help us build our practice. This is an excellent ground floor opportunity and could become the new beginning for you and your career. Our approach has been built around the concepts of Helen Fisher, author of Why We Love.

The ideal Female Matchmaker will have had a significant career and background in such areas as marketing, public relations, business strategy consulting, real estate, executive search or human resources. Professional and personal presence and outstanding communication skills are critical in this role. The ability to give the firm a Female Advantage in the Matchmaking marketplace by making an impact and generating new business is a necessary skill.

The expertise to providing unparalleled client service is also essential. The ideal candidate will know when to be firm and direct and when to be flexible and accommodating. She must have clear, cogent and practical strategies to build the business. This individual will quickly become an owner in the firm and will be rewarded commensurate with contributions.

Capstone Consulting is seeking a new partner in order to qualify as a Women Owned business. The firm was Female-Led, but was reorganized in May 2009. Capstone Consulting is now interested in seeking certification as a Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and the Women's Business Development Center - Chicago. The firm is currently recruiting a Female Executive to join the firm as its next President and Principal Owner. The ideal candidate will have had a significant consulting career and background with an established firm. The ability to give the firm a Female Advantage in the marketplace by making an impact and generating new business is a necessary skill. The expertise to providing unparalleled client service is also essential. This individual will become a majority owner in the firm and will be rewarded commensurate with contributions.
