Melodé brings her expertise and talents to Capstone Consulting as a Partner and the Managing Director of our Relationship Strategies Practice. Over the course of her career she has been the confidante and relationship counselor to many men and women. She brings a fresh perspective to love, gender relationships and seduction.
Each of her experiences have contributed to her expertise in being a business and personal relationship strategist and to evolving her to where she is today. She understands the dynamics of relationships and has many personal stories to tell. Her relationship expertise was recognized by the relationship experts at Match.com,, the worlds largest Internet dating site as being innovative and successful because of her unique approach and different style.
Melodé has an entrepreneurial spirit and also has a deep love for music. She is the founder and President of Flashback Promotions, LLC., a music talent promotion company and was the founder of Carpe Diem Now, Inc., a style consulting and interior design firm. Her clients appreciate her ability to achieving a stylish chic look, at an affordable price. Melodé also holds a Realtor/Broker, license in Illinois.

Melodé understands women at an in depth level as she is the oldest in a family of seven girls. Mark Ormond
Mark is one of the most technology savvy executive search brokers in the Midwest. He has successfully brought top talent to organizations both large and small and has recently developed a provocative approach to the process of Matchmaking and Online Relationships. He is now turning his focus on helping individuals achieve success with an alternative approach to relationships. His belief is that following a systematic approach and a strategy enhances your chances of finding and keeping a soul mate. His unique Relationship Strategies process is based upon the research of Helen Fisher, the author of "Why Him? Why Her?"
The Capstone Relationship Strategies approach is based upon appreciating each individual, with an attitude of optimism about what every person contributes to a relationship. Mark is also the architect and designer of the "e-rotic lifestyle strategies" - An Innovative Approach to Modern Relationships." A book with this title, about this relationship model is now in the works and will be released sometime in early 2010. This modern relationship/lifestyle approach was designed and developed in collaboration with another strategy consultant in 2008. The book is being authored by the collective talents of the writers at Capstone Consulting Partners, Inc.
Mark had a five year career in sales and marketing with Wiess & Neuman before joining Price Waterhouse. After 18 years with the firm Mark left a highly successful career with a technology division of Price Waterhouse in 1995 to build Capstone Consulting as a Founder and Principal. His unique ideas about the digital age provide thought leadership and unique solutions in many disciplines to clients in a wide variety of industries. Capstone Consulting under his direction was one of the first companies to begin to develop digital "magazine subscription" content for the Internet.
During his long tenure at Price Waterhouse, Mark was one of the leaders in the area of diversity. He was tapped to lead the firms diversity efforts following the 1988 landmark sexual discrimination Supreme Court Case, Price Waterhouse v Hopkins which was decided against the firm in 1989.
Mark has hired many managers and partners for the firm and personally managed thousands of searches, both domestic and international. In the role of Director of Recruiting, Mark represented Price Waterhouse at hundreds of colleges and universities across the country including Harvard and Yale and internationally at Cambridge and Oxford in England. He conducted searches for Price Waterhouse offices throughout the United States and conducted on-site placement in the Chicago, New York, and London offices and also recruited for offices throughout the United States. Prior to founding Capstone Consulting, Mark was affiliated with Clarey & Andrews, a boutique executive search firm located in Northbrook, Illinois.
Since leaving Price Waterhouse Mark has handled a wide range of assignments, allowing him to bring his broad industry experience and detailed business perspective to clients. He has expertise in executive search, strategy, mediation, marketing, information technology and human resources issues of all types. He also is an expert in many areas of selling on eBay, including automobiles, collectibles and designer label clothing. His broad based business experience spans many other areas of expertise, including sales initiatives, accounting and finance, taxation, customer and brand strategy, organizational design, web site optimization and design and general management. He is a trusted business advisor to leaders in numerous companies, and works exclusively with executives in top management.
Mark is also an accomplished photographer and an author with contributions to Forum Publications, London the publishers of Penthouse UK.
